Lift Up Your Hearts is a hymnal created and endorsed by two denominations, the Christian Reformed Church in North America and the Reformed Church in America. The following is a list of the liturgical forms approved for use by the Synods of each denomination. You can find them listed in alphabetical order.

Confessions and Statements of Faith from Lift Up Your Hearts

This document accompanies the hymnal as a resource for worship planning, preaching, and/or private devotion. It has identified selections from the confessions and statements of faith of the Christian Reformed Church in North America and Reformed Church in America, that speak the same testimony as a selection from Lift Up Your Hearts, and can be used liturgically in worship with the psalm, hymn, or spiritual song.
